“Horrible service and policies. Apparently, delivery was attempted ONE time, but I received no call and nobody came to my home. The package was returned to sender before I was even notified there was a delivery issue. I contacted customer service a week before and was told to be tiene, my package was waiting to be delivered. Then, out of nowhere, it was returned with 0 attempts made. Scum. They deserve 0 stars they were so incompetent and awful.”

I get a WhatsApp Message from an iMile Number (Person) asking me to send my location. Well if they have my address on the package then easy to go to Google MAPS and type in the Address. The once the driver knows my location he informed me he was not the right person delivering in the area? The why did he have my package from the start?? Should have been given to a driver who is delivering in the area where I live. Absolutely NO Clue on how to run an organization dealing in logistics.”
