“They have a very bad operational system. They hired 3rd party local delivery guys and they cannot control or contact them. My order was returned to the Local company warehouse two times because nobody is in our office anymore they deliver the orders outside of office hours and they will not do anything unless you will call them, your order will be pending in the warehouse only. Extremely, Terrible service. The 3rd party Local delivery guys will call you only once and they will put in the tracking that customer cannot be contacted. They know that we are commercial building but they deliver after office hours. I already informed the Customer Service our office timings but still they will deliver at night, You have a very poor service.”

“They claim to have delivered my item on the 8th of Nov 2024. However they did not. We have 2 cctv cameras covering the front of our home and have told them there were not deliveries. They have not responded to our emails or calls to ask where the item was delivered.”

Tried to change delivery address (to same zip code) with company whatsapp tool: supposedly accepted: never delivered
Then after 48 hours on Sunday get email stating package returned to sender.

I to was Ripped off lied to spoken in emails disrespectfully they were in denial the whole time and don’t even bother with the phone calls they NEVER answer I have called few times NO answer. And after many back and forth emails when I could email asking where is my purchases. I bought the items on ‘My Amour ‘ on Pinterest. There reasons are at first it’s on its way then it’s excuse after excuse. They question you if your address is correct then they say they tried to deliver but couldn’t find the apartment block. Finally they say they found my apartment and delivered it by leaving it on the floor in the ground floor secured entrance. I’m on the 2nd floor. But this is not the end they only delivered 1/2 of my products I’m still waiting for the 3 rd item I paid for. And I ordered the products in July Now 8/10/24. I purchased they have blocked my emails I’m not able to contact them. Other than on google search which is how I got here. I paid for 3 items and received 2 and I don’t think I will ever see the other. And to it up icing on the cake as we say here in Australia. The company I purchased from is called: My Amour. It was on Pinterest I saw the products I intend on letting Pinterest know of there shady ways. The woman I spoke to by email when at the start was named Christine she also Blocked my email I can’t send her any responses now. If you want to lose money or have many months of stress then help yourself stay away from these two companies: MY AMOUR and IMILE courier company. I’m a big believer in Karma so it reverse.”

Train your driver or delivery person that thier work is to deliver the items and be nice to customer not to become rude, we are paying and spending time and money also… its like they are the boss the way they treat a customer… i hope this is the last i encounter as a customer.”
