“Two iMile delivery men refused to send my parcel at my doorstep. They requested me to pick up from them at the main gate which needed me to drive to there. They tell lies about security guard at my compound did not let them come in whereas I already call the security to let them in. The security does not even seeing them at the gate. So I assumed they tell lies and afraid to get check. Illegally do job probably. This has made me make my decision to stop online shopping because most online shops use iMile for delivery.”

“The deliveryman entered my house without my consent and snatched the package from me! He left the package at my doorstep unattended without ringing the doorbell or knocking, he cannot speak properly, he called me 5 times but did not did not mention which delivery service and just took the package away after opened the door.
It seems iMile knowingly and in full consciousness hires poorly-experienced staff on low pay just to ensure higher profit without any regard to the customers or their safety. I have tried to call the delivery company several times but there are no people to talk to and they do not seem interested in addressing any customer concerns.
If you value your residential safety and mental health, please stay away from iMile and all their partners. If you really must purchase, I recommend insisting on another delivery service. The monetary prices for these items may be low, but the price we pay with our peace of mind is too high.”
“The delivery is always delayed. Tracked it on their site it says out for delivery already for 2 days. I tried to call and entered numerous times the tracking number but it says wrong tracking number. This is the worst courier company to have ever been operated.”

The driver give empty promises to deliver the order and nothing. He was rude and arrogant. Then also close his phone.
Whats worse is that in the Imile webside is written that I'm the one who doesn't answer.
If you are from Jordan don't order SHEIN because you will never receive it.”
