“Everytime i order from Temu, iMile pick up the job once it is in Australia. They "try" to deliver it several times then end up just not delivering. I live in an apartment. All they have to do is call the apartment number and someone will let them into the building. It is sooooo frustrating. The parcel ends up going back and forth for weeks and then disappears. I wish I could choose the carrier but now I am just going to have to stop buying from Temu.”

“The second month..... :( Packages sitting at local warehouse in my city over 7 days and no delivery. They offer no way to pick up a package, or I would pick it up ! They say they don't have a deadline for deliveries (TRUE ), as stated to me by the company Representative : The website says 5 to 15 days as an estimate, also says it in the contract ( Correct ). IMPORTANT -> This means : You get your package whenever they decide to delivery it - Tomorrow, Next week, Next month, Next year, 5 years, 10 + years ? Its an estimate, so it has no deadline. “My home is secured by a 5ft gate that is padlocked. Most deliveries are left at the gate given it is well out of sight from the main road.
IMile's driver decided it was acceptable to THROW 3 packages over our gate instead of simply placing them outside like any normal person. Not only is this sort of handling completely unacceptable, the driver did not know the contents of the packages and could have damaged anything inside.
Thanks to driver's lack of care our dog has now torn open the packages, invalidating the strict returns policy for the items inside and which are now dirty.”
“Very poor delivery service. The drivers are very rude. Whenever I call , he answers and start shouting that he is busy and then went ahead to insult me . And he would put on the app that attempts to reach me failed. I called , sent WhatsApp messages severally . I called the customer service number , it kept saying all staffs are busy.”
