I have been waiting for my delivery over 2 weeks. I cant contact them via phone as it says their voicemail box is full. I have tried emailing 4 times and no response. Says delivery attempted but i was at work all day. No theres no update since 31 March. How can i contact them directly?
Charge Back, you are not getting your parcel, iMile have lost and/or stolen it and/or will just send it back to the seller because delivering it is just oh so difficult, aint nobody got time for that. Forget any semblance of customer service, we at iMile are too busy stealing your parcels to do that!
You have probably been scammed, either they stole your parcel, delivered it to the wrong address or this is fake tracking scam where the tracking was not for you , it was for somebody else and they purchased the tracking (who knows, iMile probably sell the scammers the tracking as they are lowlife scum themselves) to get the funds released by the platform...Time to charge back. Look up fake tracking scam.
