“The service is outrageous. We had an appointment in the Bristol office with a solicitor called Matteo di Battista. The appointment was scheduled for 11am. We have told all the information to the lady from the enquires team in advance, which means the solicitor could have enough time to get familiar with our case. We have arrived promptly and were told to wait in the lobby. At 11.05 we received a phone call from the lady from the enquiries team saying that the advisor cannot give us an advice and suggested we go to London instead or have a phone appointment with somebody from London. When I asked, why we were not told this before, she couldn’t give me an answer. This behaviour tells me that they do not respect their clients’ time at all. I would not recommend their services.”
