“Despite the fact that my request was shown to have my correct spelling of my last name! And I attempted multiple time to tell you guys that my last name has 2 ss’s , my copy still has incorrect spelling with one s! I request this to be corrected ASAP please! Or otherwise I will have to dispute the payment to your company for the services!”

“ImmiTranslate's prompt response to all my requests and their quick turnaround on the translations was impressive. I had an issue with the wi-fi restrictions while I was trying to get documents scanned and printed, but ImmiTranslate's support responded within 15 minutes by embedding the docs in an email. It saved me a second trip to get the printing done. The support staff is very attentive and professional. I was very happy with their price, their cooperation, their prompt response, and most importantly, the quality of the translation (all documents were accepted by the agency I submitted them to). I'll use and refer them in the future.”
