“Translation was done on time. I am glad that I had an option to revise my document, which was done fast. Outstanding job. As far as my recommendation I had an error when I received my revised copy back. Translated document didn't appear on the screen. It was fix very quick but it took me a while to get in touch with a customer service. I couldn't locate customer service info for a long time. Please make a "Contact Us" button more obvious. But overall I am extremely satisfied and will be using your services again. Thank you!”

Hi Heidi, I am sorry you had an issue with the pricing. Our pricing on our website states that the word count limit for each page is 250 words. Because we often do not have an exact word count until the translation is completed, we request that customers make additional payments at the completion of the translation.
