“The customer service was good but the translator was really bad. The documents look like having same content but infact they are different in dated and some part. The translator did not read through the document, he/she just copied and pasted. Not pro manner. Very disappointed.”

“Process took a little longer than usual, i submitted my birth cert. and received it two - three days later. They claim to have a turn over time of 24 hours for two documents and a little longer for documents more than two copies but i only sent out one and didn’t get a response for a two days after being processed then when asked to review i had to wait an addition two days to receive it in the mail. All in all, i would recommend this company to anyone looking to have documents translated, very professional staff and great customer service. Thank y’all for your service!”
