“My translator, Ian Hawes, was incredibly helpful. There was a revision to be made in the first translation but this was done seamlessly. I also did not receive the revised translation notification due to spam filter, but Ian followed up with me to make sure I got it. He also made sure to expedite shipping to make up for the lost time - I really, really appreciate his excellent customer service! Thanks again Ian and team!”
