“Never making business with this company again, I paid $75 for a dame day translation at around 3 pm and recieved it by the end of the next day, contacted support and they didn’t even bother to try to resolve the issue or offer a partial refund, waste of money.”

“can't be any better. we got the free quote very fast and very easy with not only the cost but very clear description of what was included and what note. We needed a translation certified and sent in paper via mail. We got the translation online the next day for us to review before they send us the paper copy. perfect translation and very clean process”

“Easiest process ever. I needed a birth certificate translation for Citizenship purposes. The document was ready in less than 48 hours. I even made a mistake of not catching on a name typo error on a notary doc, but after contacting the company it was replaced same day.”

“The customer service was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!! Although only communication with customer support is through email. Regardless, Ian Hawes and Heather P. were quick to respond. They pointed out overcharge that i did not even realize had happened, helped me add home delivery to my order and were following up until the whole process was completed. Very polite and professional. Great service!!!!! Thank you.”

“initial pricing was wrong... you came with a new word count and charging $50 more. Also, I have never received the translation hard copies, and I missed the deadline, although you charged me $20 for those hard copies. I wish I could be reimbursed.”
