They came out and sealed a few areas but some traps around and poison stations then came out to make sure everything was going okay. I think we pulled like 8 rats out of the attic. It works best for our busy needs because we cant have someone at home all of the time. its easiest for once and done and then we find a slip every so often to let us know that came by on the outside spray for no charge. I think in the two years we had the service we had only called twice to have the inside sprayed and it was also done at no charge. The service is great and the price is unbeatable”

“We hired imperial pest prevention to get rid of bed bugs that we tried to do our self and failed. It was a tedious process but they helped give us guidance for prepping and all of that stuff. it took a couple of weeks from the first to the last treatment but honestly we didn't see any bugs after the first treatment but they said they had to come back out to complete a second one so we didn't argue because it was an expensive service. they did a great job and now my mom used them for pest control in there house.”
