I ordered two pair of shoes on INCH2 website at April 2022 (where they are still !! available to purchase). I was not informed at any point that the shoes could not be delivered, but INCH2 REFUSES REFUND. I was asking over and over when I would receive the shoes then (because there was no option to cancel my order) and customer service guaranteed me I would receive it within 3 months due to manufacturing problems - 7 MONTHS later (November 2022) now and I still have not received ANYTHING and customer service is not responding.
On top, if there was ever any problem in the past with an order, I was always able to cancel - but INCH2 company refuses any refund options.
P.S. Fun Fact: After months of chasing customer service, 5 months later, they asked me seriously if I could not come to Riga (I live in Germany) to pick up the shoes myself.”
