I made a purchase in November 2022 and I still have not received my purchase or heard from this establishment. There isn't even a way to be refunded. The business tactics are not of great standards.

I bought 3 pair of shoes in November, 5 months have pass without any news of the delivery. The latest reviews are lapidatory. This is a FRAUD, A SCAM.

We placed and paided 2 orders last year and never received goods. We lost 400 € for two pairs of shoes.

I have 4 pair of inch2 shoes and 1 pair of boots form past 4 years. Loved them. In sept 2022 I ordered 1 pair of boots for myself and boots for my husband. Have not received them. Sent and Received countless emails over the last six months apologizing for delay. Today sent email asking about my order again. My emails are being bounced back. Can not reach anyone for shoe info or refund. Now reading all the reviews I feel scammed. So sad people do this. Going to try to reach my cc company. Btw they keep sending me ads. Really??

2 pairs of INCH2 ordered on the November 9th 2022...no shoes delivered, no refund. I am sorry I haven´t read the reviews here before ordering...they are cheaters.

I think they are cheaters. I had ordered boots on septemper of 2022. After of 10 emails,they sent an email for one month delay. No boots...no contact..no refund March 2023!!!!

Complete scam! Ordered 3 pair 1.5 YEARS ago. After waiting over 6 months, I demanded my money back...over and over and over again. Excuse was their payment system was down...for months and months and months. I will never see the $ or shoes! $650.00!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered shoes for €220 on 16/10/2021, until today I have not received either the order or the money back - I have dealt with customer support several times. Definitely don't order here! I really do not recommend!

I ordered shoes in April, today is January, so far nothing. They barely reply. I have bought shoes the second time so they should treat me as a loyal customer but not. The worse thing that they send me this commercial every day, called "Are you ready for autumn? or "for spring".. so they advertise and advertise. Incredible.

I've been fighting with them since May 2021 on refund for my shoes. Advice to everyone, do not wait too long to start a dispute with the credit company. I've waited for too long and I no longer can dispute the purchase to receive the refund. Inch2 does not refund. I have a chain of 30 emails with them saying they will refund me but they never do. It's the same talk over and over again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Never have I experienced such an unprofessional + unpleasent experience shopping online especially in this price range. I ordered two pair of shoes on INCH2 website at April 2022 (where they are still !! available to purchase). I was not informed at any point that the shoes could not be delivered, but INCH2 REFUSES REFUND. I was asking over and over when I would receive the shoes then (because there was no option to cancel my order) and customer service guaranteed me I would receive it within 3 months due to manufacturing problems - 7 MONTHS later (November 2022) now and I still have not received ANYTHING and customer service is not responding. On top, if there was ever any problem in the past with an order, I was always able to cancel - but INCH2 company refuses any refund options. P.S. Fun Fact: After months of chasing customer service, 5 months later, they asked me seriously if I could not come to Riga (I live in Germany) to pick up the shoes myself.

I bought sandals 8th June 2022,and untill today no sandals and no refund! Trying to mail and mail constantly but no solid reply, always excuses about covid and some fraud! I wasn't aware so many people are cross over, but how to approach this? To whom to write? Thank you

I placed the order 8 days ago - payment of 265EUR. No answer since - no money, no sandals. These are thieves stealing professionally. I am going to contact international authorities to protect the other customers and try to make Inch2 to close the eshop.
