Your branch at Mall of Africa was extremely helpful when I went in to enquire about one of your products. Your salesman Lerato Modise went out of his way to assist me and explain the product I was looking for. I left a satisfied customer.

I ordered a headset last week Saturday for R700, it was collected and shipped on Monday, the shipping said 2 - 5 working days, it's Friday now and I don't have anything, this website is a scam and I will be reporting it as such Please avoid using this website because they will take your money and run

Unable to deliver in time, I have called several times, and the promise is only one i.e., you are going to help me. I have waited and waited, begged and begged and you have opted not to help me for a week now. Unless, you are nolonger interested in delivering the item, then let me know and I cancel the order. Very horrible, very disappointing services

Hi l wanted to upgrade my vodacom contract line at incredible connections paarl the services are just poor l would rather say below standard. The y kept on telling me that they have issues with their systems for weeks, not only that the real issue here is if it is so then how came this problem persist. It only shows that there is negligence. The manager is just incompetent. It will be wise to reshuffle the stuff or close down the shop. It's useless to have an unfunctional team. I really hate incredible connections paarl mall

Terrible service. Make u sign debit order they debit the wrong amount. Do not capture klient details. Refuse to assist over the phone with the mess they make. Rather rude. Never open any accounts here

Incredible Connection Online you need to up your game! I will not be ordering online from this store again! I've been told for three days running that my parcel "is out for delivery today" and still nothing... its day 4! I've cancelled my order and still no one has contacted me regarding a refund. Just shocking!

Terrible experience, i wish to never ever find myself in such space with lazy stuff members including the manager, who do not know their products and do not care about anything but rather be on their phones during work.. Im very much disappointed at how i had to walk out of the store carrying my Y70 Nova plus, without a bag on a busy monthend weekend as i didn't have my purse with me to buy a shopper bag as i only came to the store for collection & not to buy anything.. Imagine what could have happened after collecting a phone of R5500 & have it taken by thugs only because i couldn't buy a R5 shopper bag

What a terrible company to deal with. My assistant tried to buy a laptop they were so rude to her as she is Zimbabwean told her they couldn’t trust she wouldn’t run off with their R18000. So I tried to do a hp contract on her behalf. I’m a commission earner, I’m married anc with accrual and they want all types of Info from my husband who has nothing to do with this application. But you will give credit to people who often don’t pay you. You are a ridiculous company to deal with and we will take our business elsewhere. Downright disappointing. Get your act together incredible disconnection!!!!!

If I could I would give a ZERO score- bought an iPad from Sandton Incredible connection on 5 Feb- 16 days later it starts giving trouble- I take it in - promised by manager Sydney that it will be expedited (I should actually get a replacement device according to Consumer Protection Act)- I am still awaiting feedback- despite numerous calls, emails etc. This is appalling service, this store / Company should be reported to the Ombudsman for violation of consumer rights

I was at incredible connection table bay mall, on wensday 09th of March That was my second visit in store and I got the most professional assistance from one of there staff members.. Chardenway Best customer service 100%

Terrible service, especially from Sandton City. They don't answer their calls, you have to call millions of times. When they do eventually answer they leave you on hold for TOO LONG and then you eventually have to put down because they are wasting your airtime. Terrible!!!

Very bad customer service I bought a cell phone at canal walk incredible connections 2 days later the settings option did not want to open then I went back the nice technician the first time exchanged the phone with no hassle but did not open the second phone infront was never opened infront of me when I got home I opened it and the phone had scratches on it I then waited two days and the phone did the same thing setting did not want to open I then took the phone back again and a different technician then said that the software needed to be updated and that the phone should be working fine too days later once again the same thing happened and settings did not open we then took the phone back and the manager Riyaaz who paid us no attention has the worst attitude did walked away from us with the phone did not say what his doing made me wait for him and then comes back and says they cannot do anything as there is scratches at the bottom of the phone this place is disgusting they are not professional and do not do the valid checks and are quick to blame the customer I did not ask for my money back all I asked is that the phone work as it should but they cannot even make that happen I have traveled 3 times now from kraaifontein to canal walk and back for this issue with and all within 14days

These guys are despicable. I cant get an AIO HP PC in any of their stores in polokwane or pretoria. When I tried to buy one online, they refused to process my order saying that they cannot deliver to limpopo due to low stock levels. Seriously? In 2022 ? You can't deliver?
