“Incredible Connection has a borderline criminal operation going on regarding their 14-day return policy. I bought an iPhone 15 which began running into issues with overheating (not Incredible Connections fault obviously) but I am now no longer wanting this phone for this reason. Apple offer a 60 days money back or store credit which is great, Incredible offers 14 days! Its almost impossible to detect any issues with a device within 14 days. Incredible will now only offer to send in the phone to Apple which I don't want because I simply no longer want this product. Its discusting and actually a violation of the Consumer Protection Act. I urge that a governing body investigates this operation and have them update their returns policy to be more suitable to the products they sell.”
“It is really sad that one has to take this matter to Google Reviews when the company such as this could have just resolved it months ago. POPIA refers to customer information to be protected, I get their customer information on the progress of their credit application status which should be between the company and the customer, not the third party like me. I have escalated the matter to their management and head office , it seems they are not interested I keep getting these customers updates daily. I would have expected the company to promptly act on this to protect customers personal information. Can they please do so as required of them by law.”
“Took my laptop to greenstone mall for a quote due to water damage.After looking at it for 2minutes he diagnosed it as not projecting and cannot be repaired.Took it to local computer place quoted me R1600.0 and as good as new.How qualified are those so called techs at Incredible connection.I saved R10k no thanks to you guys”
“We bought a Mecer inverter in May 2023 which developed a fault 4 weeks ago . We returned it in its original packaging , with the invoice and proof of payment to the Ballito Junction store. We were told that it would be attended to on site and repairs would take a couple of days . We followed up a week later as we had had no feedback and were asked to supply a job number which had not been filled in by the incompetent person who made the job card out. We then called at the store and were told that the inverter was still there and had not yet been sent for repairs ( this after being promised at least 3 times that someone would come back to us). We have since been back to the store twice and been promised feedback which has not been forthcoming. It is now 4 weeks since the inverter was returned, under guarantee, for repair. We have tried , on numerous occasions to call the Ballito Junction store but the phone is not answered.

“The staff provide very poor customer service. They are inconsiderate towards customers. Yesterday, I waited for almost two hours to be assisted, only to be told to come back the next day to finalise the process. This shop operates similarly to Home Affairs. Both the staff and managers require training. Boitumelo, one of the 'senior members,' exhibited the worst attitude towards me. Another lady had to step in and assist me with an application that Boitumelo was supposed to handle.”
