I needed a particular product in time for my husband's birthday which was 8 days away - Nate sourced the product for me from a store in Gauteng, placed the order and promised that he would have the gift here in time for the birthday which he did. Nonhlanhla (aka Watha) processed my payment at the tillpoint and was also very sweet and helpful.
I received notifications throughout the week to keep me posted as to where my order was on the road. I will definitely shop at IC - SC Mall, again.”

“ONLINE BUYER BEWARE! I/C are quite willing to sell el-cheapo HP Notebooks online with a keyboard with grey letters on silver keys but without a BACKLIGHT on the keyboard as standard. In low light conditions visibility of this keyboard is poor, to say the least. There is also no indication in I/C's online adverts that these HP units have no backlight. They're not willing to swop it and HP won't replace the keyboard.[Model is HP 15s i5 and there are other HP models on their shelves with similar problems.] HP and I/C - an incredible combination for ripping you off.”

“Being in my 60's...I always feel threatened by the "forever changing " technology.
But at the branch in Paarl I was helped by Daryl when I had a problem with my laptop.
He explained to me in terms I could understand,without making me feel uncomfortable or stupid.
It is the second time in a short period that I had the similar approach by a salesman from the same branch,when I needed a memory card for my cellphone....unfortunately I can't remember his name.
You young generation staff surely knows how to deal with our older generation.Well done

7 days later, still have not received delivery, however I received an email saying that I had received my parcel.

“Ordered a iPad online, on the 2nd April with 2-5 days shipping. It is now the 14th April and although the tracking says shipped, the call center says it is still with the warehouse. And even if I want to cancel the order and go in-store to buy it, I am told I have to wait 14 days for my refund. This was supposed to be a present for an 80 year old lady to connect with her overseas family.”
