“Bad Service
Worst experience ever. We bought a tablet with hard cash money for R1899 from Incredible Connection West Coast Mall Vredenburg Western Cape in September 2023. We were back 4 times to the store regarding problems. Every time it's a different story. On the 5th of January 2024 once again we went back to the store, then they took the tablet to send it away as the tablet is still under guarantee. Once again we were back in the store after two weeks. Danie from Incredible Connection West Coast Mall Vredenburg **** in our faces and said only after 21 days we will hear feedback. On the 24th of January 2024 we were back in the store, then we were informed that the tablet wasn't even send to the supplier, its still in the store unattended to. There after we call Head Office who logged a complaint. Today they tell us they going to refund us. Back in the store I must fill in a form and was informed I have to wait another 15 working days for my money. This is unacceptable, they didn't wait when I paid them, after 23 days of lies I must wait another 15 days. The so called Danie **** in our faces, when I ask him if he still going to tell lies if Incredible Connection closed the Branch due to no service and lies and they don't have jobs anymore he said that is going to happen because they are very quiet. I won't recommend anyone to do business with them. I'm going to take this matter to the ombudsman as well.

“Our company bought over 120 laptops from the Clearwater store sometimes last year in September, we overpaid and there was a refund due to us and to this day we are battling to get our refund. We took up the matter with the ex-manager who referred the matter to trainee manager since he left the company, we are not getting any feedback. Early this January we contacted the ex-manager to assist, he then escalated the matter to the trainee manager to follow up, since Tuesday and today is Friday the trainee manager hasn’t gotten back to us. We are disgusted to say the least on doing the business with such incompetent people.”
“I am appalled at the poor service received from Khomotjo at Incredible Connection Menlyn.
I went in to get a contract phone and was assisted by a friendly and helpful guy called Tony to select a phone.
He then referred me to the contracts department where my hellish experience began.
Khomotjo advised that because my current number is linked to my husband profile on telkom that he would have to come into the store in order to do the upgrade. she also advised that the store closes at 18:00
This was around 16:00.
Much of the time before 16:00 was spent by her calling a colleague for over 30 minutes to get logins to the system. I couldnt understand why only 1 person has logins for a system used by many.
I then called my husband and asked him to come to the store.
She was fully aware that he was on his way.
I had gotten robbed the day before and urgently needed a phone which I explained to Khomotjo.
My husband arrived at the store at 17:35
To my shock and absolute disgust, Khomotjo said she will not do the upgrade as the store closes at 18:00 and the upgrade will take too long.
I then asked her why she would let me call him, have him drive all the way to the store from Montana, only to give this lousy excuse 25min before the store closes.
she blatantly told us the store closes at 18:00 and she had no intention of working even a minute past that time.
We left the store at 17:45, shocked ,disappointed and insulted by her behaviour which wasted not only our time but petrol to drive to a store only to be refused assistance 25 min before closing time.
The sales guys are very helpful but unfortunately there are proverbial bad apples like Khomotjo that spoil the whole service experience and reputation of Incredible Connection because they want to receive a salary but refuse to put in the work. They wear the uniform of a brand and are ready to tarnish its image.
She does not care if the store is profitable or not, she just wants to leave by 18:00 at all costs.
I will not be ever returning to that store and will be sure to advise friends and family not to subject themselves to the disrespect we experienced from Incredible Connection.”

“My son settled his account in full. All fees and adiosonal charges plus the intrest at your store in Middelburg mall and now they want to charge him a further R1000.00 fee for closing the account! Please explain for what is this R1000.00 except that it is daylight robbery.”
