“I paid a visit around 11:42 to ask if I can apply for a contract phone. I meat this lady! She angry to see a customer walking in the store. Worse case senirior. Body language, attitude, tone and folding hand. By asking about documents does she needs so I can see if I qualify for a cellphone contract. Honestly she turn me off immediately. Then I ask if I can speak to the manager she told me that the manager is off duty and I ask again if is there anyone I can speak to she said no one.
I don't think the business needs that type of energy the lady has for the business. it was bad
I've been to incredidible in Albertson, mall of the south. It was great to be there but Brits service is bad. Then after some time Itumeleng come forth to assist and apologies. I was not in the store for apologies and stuff! I was there to purchase a cellphone”
“I had ear pods that I bought included to my first iPhone as a gift and they did not want to fix them but Dudu Dinangwe tried all her best by calling me notifying me the challenges she had in getting the repairs team to repair. I sent her emails I had received on my purchase, she used that to explain to her management till it was agreed they will fix my ear pods. I love the fact that she kept me in the light in all events that was happening till they were brought back to her.”
“Incredible connection Mall of africa, sales person guided me to buy a laptop too high spec for my needs. I went back and changed it for a unit more suitable on that visit, the service again was so bad. They DID NOT inform me i needed a warranty certificate. I learned that at another store then had to go back a 3rd time and ask. Staff are literally dancing to the loud music. They are clueless on their products. Tried to sell me a stylus. I get home and my LT came with a stylus. Really, shocking experience at club incredible connection. Thats if the y get off staring at their cell phones and dancing long enough to assist.
