I would rate them zero stars if I could. Spend R30k on an iPad. Their tracking is a joke, their customer service is useless and snarky and when you do get an sms from their courier saying your package is out for delivery that day it does not show up! Worst company ever

Absolutely pathetic service!
Ordered a cell phone online as a replacement to my device, which had gotten damaged.
7 days later, still have not received delivery, however I received an email saying that I had received my parcel.
Customer services is the worst! Still have not been assisted, feels like we're speaking to incompetent robots.
Service is TRASH!!!

I've been told for three days running that my parcel "is out for delivery today" and still nothing... its day 4! I've cancelled my order and still no one has contacted me regarding a refund. Just shocking!
