“Beautiful rug - Spectacular Service! I purchased the Oriental Weavers Evolution 8035B Charcoal/White rug - exact match to my other three rugs. Beautiful, stunning, and elegant. “Ordered 3 rugs that matched. They sent 1 and I loved it. So they said they were sending the other two. Today I received the area rug. And then today I received an email saying the 3rd rug is back ordered 3-4 MONTHS! I would rather pay the extra $500 I saved and get the rugs I ordered than stuck with 2 rugs I can't lay down for 3-4 months. I don't recommend this company.”

“Incredible rugs had a rug showing available to order 2nd day air shipping on their website. I purchased it, and followed up for two weeks only to hear that they didn't not have the rug in stock and it would not be available until three months later. Had I know this I would never have placed the order. Deceptive tactics. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau”

Thanks for your feedback, James. I'm sorry your order could not be fulfilled. We are also disappointed as we never like to cancel anyone's order. Please understand, we show the inventory count as provided by the warehouse and sometimes a low stock item might sell out quicker than expected (ie. 2 orders placed simultaneously, but only 1 item in stock). These inventory shortages can happen in any warehouse and it is not intentional and we are seeing improvements as our suppliers upgrade their stock/inventory systems/software. Of course, you have been issued a full refund and we're happy to help you make a new selection if you don't want to wait for the next shipment to arrive. “This is the 5th rug I've ordered from Incredible Rugs and Decor. The site is easy to use and shipping was free. The rugs have always arrived in great condition, colors true to the website and customer service has been very helpful. If you sign up for emails and they give a discount as well. I highly recommend this site!”

“The 3D view with an uploaded room picture is a great feature, but it has a lot of bugs. It never shows the rug you select to view. I have to cut and paste the name into the search bar every time. It also is showing a lot of products in the 3D view that are not available, which is frustrating.”

“I’m not normally a fan of round rugs but I had a specific spot with a specific need. And this rug is absolutely perfect! I have a small 48” breakfast/craft/poker table and the 8’ rug beautifully made the nook an area. The 8’ rug provides plenty of rug area for the table and chairs, even when the chairs are pulled away from the table. And the colors are perfect for my decor.”
