“What a wonderful 5 star experience with purchasing my rug! I don't always feel i need to leave a review but I have been very impressed with online chat to ask a question about the rug to the email regarding a change in shipment method due to the size of the rug. I called the number provided and immediately had a customer service person on the phone to answer all my questions. The expected delivery time was 1-2 weeks and arrived nicely packaged in 3 days. I would definitely order again from this company. Great price and great service.”

“We couldn't be more pleased!! Arrived as scheduled and extremely well packaged. The carpet is thick and well made, rug pad perfect as well. The colors are soft and subdued and suit our home beautifully. We will be looking to replace more worn out oldies!!!”

“Ordered 3 rugs that matched. They sent 1 and I loved it. So they said they were sending the other two. Today I received the area rug. And then today I received an email saying the 3rd rug is back ordered 3-4 MONTHS! I would rather pay the extra $500 I saved and get the rugs I ordered than stuck with 2 rugs I can't lay down for 3-4 months. I don't recommend this company.”

“Incredible rugs had a rug showing available to order 2nd day air shipping on their website. I purchased it, and followed up for two weeks only to hear that they didn't not have the rug in stock and it would not be available until three months later. Had I know this I would never have placed the order. Deceptive tactics. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau”

Thanks for your feedback, James. I'm sorry your order could not be fulfilled. We are also disappointed as we never like to cancel anyone's order. Please understand, we show the inventory count as provided by the warehouse and sometimes a low stock item might sell out quicker than expected (ie. 2 orders placed simultaneously, but only 1 item in stock). These inventory shortages can happen in any warehouse and it is not intentional and we are seeing improvements as our suppliers upgrade their stock/inventory systems/software. Of course, you have been issued a full refund and we're happy to help you make a new selection if you don't want to wait for the next shipment to arrive.
