“Although I had to call and inquire on a shipping dates several days after the rug was to be shipped, customer service was friendly and responsive. I received shipping information within 24 hours of my inquiry.”

“I love the rug. The colors are just what I hoped they would be. Your company was prompt in shipping. However UPS Freight misplaced the rug in the destination warehouse causing it to be 4 days later than shown by UPS. This was not your fault. Fault is totally UPS”

“Excellent selection and great quality but what really stands out is the exceptional customer service. I owe a huge thank you to Steve, who navigated a delivery snafu I created by neglecting to enter a client’s apt number. The error was mine and he easily could have shrugged it off as not his problem. Instead, he spent hours doggedly tracking multiple items, letting me know each time he uncovered a new piece of information until all were correctly delivered.”

“Wonderful transaction from beginning to end! Excellent communication from the vendor to let me know the status of my order. Rug was delivered quickly to my doorstep and was so beautiful... Beyond my expectations! So beautiful, in fact, that I immediately ordered another in a larger size! The pricing was amazing as well... “We were able to find the manufacture of the wool rug we were looking for and at a great price. Their site gave us great detail including color information. We purchased at a sale price and saved almost 50% over retail. The rug came when promised and was double wrapped for protection. Will definitely shop here again and willpass on to others our experience.”

“Bought this rug to add color to our office and everyone is obsessed! The colors are bright and fun but not over the top. It's so pretty everyone has been walking around it as they don't want to ruin it! Also, the customer service rep was super helpful in giving me frequent updates on the status of this rug as it was back ordered and we were hoping to have it for an event. She was great!”

“Beautiful rugs, as expected from a Karastan product. I ordered two runners, and received tracking information for one, not two. I am not sure if the other rug order was lost for awhile, but I did call and Incredible Rugs got it straightened out quickly. I got the reassurance I needed that I would eventually get a rug. Keep in mind that Karastan ships the rugs, so I cannot fault Incredible Rugs for any shipping problems or delays. I like one rug so much I may order another, larger size. Even the husband likes them!”
