I ordered this rug months ago and it was suppose to be in stock and there was a miscommunication with the warehouse and we still have no received our rug !!

Hi Jen, we sent you an update in September via email that your Momeni Woodland rug will be ready to ship in early November. Please refer to that email, dated 9/15/2020 and let us know if you'd like to change or cancel the order. Otherwise, we'll be in touch as soon as it's ready to ship. Thank you.

Just want to say I am so impressed with this rug! It is beautiful and I have had fabulous compliments on it. I would also like to say it was packaged and shipped perfectly. It unrolled and was perfect immediately. No weighing down corners or curling at all. May I also thank you for keeping me posted every step of the way from my order to shipping to arrival? Your customer service was top-notch. Have no qualms about recommending your company or products at all. Thank you for providing such a great and colorful product! Love it. Deb H

Beautiful rug, great quality. My issue was with delivery. They were left at front door during a rain storm & even tho wrapped in plastic from factory, one of the rugs was wet. Someone was home the whole day. A doorbell ring would have helped.

Staff has been responsive and very nice about my question about delivery date. Unfortunately - and likely due to the pandemic - delivery was delayed about 3 weeks. Incredible Rugs did not inform me of the delay from the manufacturer. The only way I learned my order wasn't lost was by contacting customer service at IR

Customer service was excellent. I had to return a rug due to our decision to purchase a round instead of the rectangle. My account was quickly credited and emails were answered in a timely manner. Would definitely purchase again from incredible Rugs!

I ordered a Surya carpet from this vendor and it arrived in a quick amount of time. I had an issue with the carpet itself, but I called Incredible Rugs and Decor who took care of the problem without hesitation. The vendor sent a replacement and was "incredible" to work with. Customer service is a key factor, and this was provided.

Excellent customer service and communication from their sales team. I had pre-order a rug and needed a change of address. Rug also arrived earlier than anticipated. Possibly the best prices around too as my rug cost more and was sold out in many stores.

I ordered my sample over a week ago, I just got a text saying it should arrive on October 22!! I’m disappointed it is taking that long☹️

I'm sorry about the delay. Your sample is shipping from Rizzy's warehouse, who has been short-staffed due to Covid. They are prioritizing rug orders to ship first until they can get caught up. Thanks for your patience.

Incredible has a great selection of rugs. They are quite focused on providing the best service possible one most areas. For me paying $154 for the return of a rug is heartless. I’m a retiree, senior citizen and that exactly what they charged me to return a rug. I thought they might share the expense with me! So all rug buyers, unless you are absolutely sure, wait and think about it.

We cover 100% of the shipping costs on the outbound shipment to the customer's home. We also pass along our discounted shipping rates to the Customer should they choose to return the item. Shipping large/heavy rugs can be costly for everyone, as Fedex and UPS continue to raise their rates due to Covid and Peak Seasonality. For this reason, we offer a terrific sample program so you can check colors/texture/quality in your home before ordering a large rug.
