“I am very pleased with the Karastan rug that I ordered from Incredible Rugs and Decor. I ordered on line and I found the web site to be easy to use. The description and photos of the rug were accurate. I also spoke with customer service. They were courteous and helpful. I was kept informed about the status of my order. I received the rug within a week of ordering it. I highly recommend Incredible Rugs and Decor.”
