“The colors are beautiful. The carpet is thick, plush, and soft under foot. It laid out very flat in a day or two. Very minimal shedding. The customer service was great. I recommend the company and the product.”

“Ordered rug in January 2024. House being built so my mistake for not opening the rug to check it out. Unfolded it yesterday and guess what? They shipped me the wrong rug. Now I’m stuck! If you can’t get and order right, you are either INCOMPETENT or you just DONT CARE! That’s why you deserve ONE STAR! I’m never ordering again from this company.”

“The rug that I received doesn’t look like the picture at all. The rug I thought I was purchasing had a beautiful pattern. The rug that I received has no discernible pattern. It looks like a cheap pixilated random pile of colors.”

“Brown rugs look almost black. I am not happy with them! Would like some return labels for them. I have 4 X 6 and 2 2 X 3 brown rugs. I was also sent 2 extra 2 X 3 rugs in the black red; and I need extra labels for those. I did not order these Thanks for your kindness. Susan Steed”

“My checkout experience was not good. I did not get a chance to enter the code for a 15% discount, and I did not see a place to request installment payments. I had some kind of approval from Affirm, I think it was. I am quite upset because I do not have that money available in my bank account right now. I can make several payments quite easily, but I did not see anywhere where that was available. Maybe I am just not too bright, but I thought I would be given a chance for this, and instead, Boom, the whole amount has been charged to me! I am not happy about that at all., as you might buess.”
