“Best service and Best quality! This company does a fantastic job with customer service. I had an email immediately letting me know how to track my delivery. The rug came in less than a week and it was an absolutely beautiful area rug. The price was fair, much cheaper than Walter E Smithe. I highly recommend this company.”

“I love our new Loloi Giada Lagoon/Multi rug. We got the largest size and it's perfect for our family room. And it's just as beautiful in-person as the picture shows. Highly recommend the rug and Incredible Rugs and Decor. Their Customer Service is off the charts! Thank you!”

“I purchased three (5 x 7.6, 8 x 10 and 9 x 13) Surya Rugs and I couldn't be happier with them. I had viewed them in the model home where I purchased my new townhouse, and I wanted to have that look. I highly recommend them.”

“I ordered one pillow sham and the quality is awful. The printed picture is blurry. I requested to return it, which took them several days to process and now they are trying to charge me $12 to return the pillow sham. I will have to dispute this with the credit card company and waste more of my time. I will also be posting this on google, yelp, and everywhere else I can post this.”

“Sorry I did not write this when I received my rug!!! It’s perfect… absolutely love it… and it was less expensive than the place where I originally found it.. customer service was great.. only issue was that no one rang the bell to let us know it had been delivered.. we just happened to walk outside and saw it…”

“I bought several of the larger rugs as well as the runner and the smaller rugs. All I can say is "Wow"! The colors are deep and rich. The carpets are so soft! I've always had only wool carpets, so I was a bit leary about a nonwool carpet. I have to tell you, I would rate the fibers of these rugs softer than wool, witout the shedding of wool. I did use an 1/2 inch felt pad underneath, and the combination feels like you are walking on a cloud! The rugs have a sturdy backing and the edges are nicely finished. The Customer Service at Incredible rugs is awesome! As I had 5 carpets in the order they called and asked if I wanted all of them shipped at once ( 2 had a 3-4 week wait list) or if I wanted them to ship what was in stock and wait for the others. Communication from Incredible Rugs was excellent! I would highly recommend these rugs & Incredible Rugs & Decor!”

“Lovely Product and Incredible Service! To begin, I neglected to put a gate code for delivery. This resulted in the rug needing to take a second pass the following day. I emailed the company to see if they could help. Immediate response and then followed up the next day to make sure the product arrived. The price was competitive and I expected a nice rug. The product exceeded my expectations in quality and overall appeal. The pictures on the website are true to the product delivered. I also thought the ability to "preview" the rug was a strong tool and it helped me to feel comfortable making the purchase. I would recommend this company.”
