“I have received all five rugs ordered. All the rugs are beautiful and I am very please with the look, quality of weaving and the plushness of the rugs. Your customer will be very pleased with their purchases. The shopping experience from web site shopping experience, rug shipping and receipt has been great.”

“The service was excellent and the rug as depicted . Unfortunately ithe rug was polyester (which I knew) but I did not realize that it had a strong odor and couldn’t be used right away. I’m hoping that it totally disappears because it smells like an oil byproduct.”

“My experience was good except twice I was never informed about backorder items and had to call to find out information. Soon after both calls the item was shipped. So if the item was available why wasn't it shipped to me before I called?”

“Unlike other websites, like Overstock and Wayfair, you could shop by color, search other rugs like a rug you like, and you can also shop by style. I tried to shop other websites but always returned here. Plus there were many options. One of the first rugs I liked was sold out and I was disappointed but as I continued to search and other rugs came online that were just as nice. Love the wishlist which tracked my searches.”
