“For several years I have wanted a Karastan Ashara Rug for our bedroom beside the bed. We currently have a larger Ashara Ivory for the foot of the bed. In searching for a smaller Ashara Ivory I came across your website and was pleased to see you had a smaller size in the pattern only a different color at a great price. The contrast in color looks great and I am very happy with my purchase. Plus you are located right here in Texas. Thanks”

“Rug arrived on time. Excellent quality. (This was a small one to see if we would actually like it.) On a second order, we made a mistake in size-noticed when the confirmation came. They corrected it over the phone in just a few minutes. Cancelled the old order, did a corrected one.”

“i was looking for a specific rug, thus didn't really shop around on the site. this was the best price for those who had it in stock, though it took signing in and out and jumping thru hoops to get the best discount coupon.”

“I love Incredible Rugs. The first time I ordered from them was a year ago. I received the rug and it was the wrong one. I called customer service and they took care of the return immediately. I was moving to a different state and they arranged for a trucking company to pick up at my new home. They then contacted me to tell me the rug I ordered couldn’t be found at the mfg’s warehouse but they were still looking because their system stated they did have one. Unfortunately I was contacted and told they could not fulfill my order because they simply didn’t have the rug. I was very disappointed, I saw this rug at a retail store and loved it. They found one in a larger size and gave me a very good price, I bought it, they took care of the exchange (the first wrong one), and I received the rug promptly, and love it. I moved again and ordered a couple of small rugs which I love so much that I just placed an order for two of them in a room size. Their prices are the best and customer service is great. This is the only place I go to when I need to buy rugs”
