“Received my rug yesterday, and it's beautiful! The company emailed me three days after my order to tell me it had been submitted to the manufacturer warehouse, and that I'd receive an email when it shipped (which I didn't). However, when I contacted the company to find out a shipping ETA, they responded quickly with the shipping confirm, and the rug arrived within a day or two. Good customer service.”

“The two rugs arrived today in perfect condition and they are gorgeous! I could not be more pleased had I picked them out in the store in person but since I am in Pennsylvania and you are in Texas, I had to rely on the Internet. The help I received in choosing them was very courteous and patient. Thank you very much and I highly recommend Incredible Rugs and Decor!”
