“We ordered our rug which we were really excited about. We got notice that it would be 2-3 weeks before delivery but we got an email today saying it’s on it way. So much sooner than we thought it would get here. So double excited it’s on its way. Thanks so much for the quick shipment.”

“I wanted a runner to coordinate with colors in my master bedroom. I googled Karastan rugs and found your website.I have several very nice wool Karastan rugs, I have purchased over the years. I wanted a Man-made rug Because of price and durability. I was very impressed, with the ease of shopping, the selection of rugs/vendors styles etc.. I was even more impressed when I opted not to purchase, and Then received a follow up email offering a better discount. “I received a promotional e-mail offering 20% off of a broad selection of rugs and was excited! Before I could finalize my decision, I received ANOTHER offer for 11% off of the total if I provided my e-mail address, which I did. When I went to my cart to check out, only one code could be applied. I called to inquire about this and was told that you can only apply 1 code per purchase even though that was not stated on the offers. Other than that, the buying experience was fine! Was impressed that I received an email from the president thanking me for my order and explaining that the rug will be delivered in 2-5 days by UPS. By the way, I am unable to give the star rating! I click on the stars but nothing happens!”
