“I was not contacted by delivery company as indicated to know when the rug had shipped. I followed up with your customer service and they were good and followed up with me but the delay from purchase until knowing that the rug had shipped was too long”

“This rug has been vacuumed over 20 times and still sheds like it’s day 2. This rugs quality is terrible. I paid over $1000 dollars and nobody can sit on the rug because it sheds all over our clothes. Playing with the grandkids is a no no. Should of returned this rug right away”
