“This business rocks! I was reluctant to order an 8x11 rug online and tried several before I found the one. From the beginning order, through the return process, and the final delivery, the communication and customer service persons (Hi, Steve) were superb! They even helped with the UPS communication after UPS delayed delivery and UPS wasn't getting back to us. Working with Incredible Rugs and Decor has been a fabulous experience. Such fast service and great email communication. They treated me like a VIP. They are incredible, just like their name.”

“We ordered a rug a week and a half before the holidays and it came to us in time for us to enjoy when our company arrived. The rug was wrapped well and feels so soft on our feet.”

“Our rug was supposed to arrive on 11/21. We still have not received it (it’s 11/25). We did not receive any notification it would be late. When I called Fedex they said they didn’t know where it was and there was an investigation (???). We have not gotten any updates nor were we ever contacted by Incredible Rugs about the problem. This has been a huge inconvenience and we are very disappointed with this business.”

Hi Lauren. We've been sending shipment updates to your gmail.com address (have you checked your junk folder?). We are not aware of any problems but the Holiday closures can delay shipments a bit. Fedex tracking shows it will be ready to deliver tomorrow (11/26). We'll give them a call to make sure everything is OK and get this corrected ASAP if there is a problem. Thank you.
