“This review has nothing to do with the company this rug is purchased from! This review is about the delivery people used! Suppose to be delivered yesterday due to the storm, it was a no show! Maybe a phone call would be warranted, but did not receive a call! So it was delivered today, without a phone call about when it would be delivered! I called the company Braun Express, they don’t have a clue about anything, or delivery! Now the guy comes off the truck, and puts my 9x13 rug, on my driveway, says I have curbside delivery… nowhere was that written, that I had to haul as a woman a rug into my home up my driveway! Needless to say I am really upset! Yes, this review is very real… and bad customer service! F. Solomon”

“Customer service was very good, told us she would get the order in right away, only one left in stock. But received an email stating the product was out would be shipped the middle of September-received the rug end of August. Very pleased, looks wonderful, just beautiful.😃”
