“Ordered rug before thanksgiving..still haven't received..called company, talked to lady said she would track it down and email me..but haven't heard a thing. Ordered rug nov. 6th, bank debited..really disappointed. You have my money but I have no rug.”

Hi Carol, you chose to pre-order this item as our site was showing 'sold out'. We sent you an email update on Nov 9th with an estimated ship date. Today, we emailed Fedex shipment details showing a delivery date of Sunday. Thanks for your patience on this order. I think you will find it to be worth the short wait.
