“The rug is great quality, looks just like we envisioned”

“Shopping was fine. Rug is as expected. Delivery was a nightmare! YRC Freight was disorganized and never knew when the rug would be delivered. Multiple phone calls required. They kept putting delivery off 3 different times. The rug was finally delivered at a 4th different time!!!! Very frustrating. Waited around and wasted an entire day waiting for the rug! I will probably not use Incredible rugs again due to delivery issues”

“I love this Karastan Spice Market Tigris aquamarine rug. I have 3 other Karastan rugs that I’ve had since the 90’s and they are just as beautiful since the day I bought them. This is a lovely elegant addition to our home. I love that they never go out of style. Traditional look is great in a modern, contemporary or traditional style. Love it! By good quality, you can’t go wrong.”
