“This was one of the best shopping sites I've recently encountered. The ability to very easily"photoshop" rugs into your own prospective space was invaluable. The pricing on the rug I was considering was more than fair and the terms (shipping, tax, timing etc) better than most. When I encountered a minor glitch their "chat" was immediate and helpful. I did find the coloration was a bit off from the actual rug but it wasn't a major issue (what appeared to be terra cotta onscreen turned out to be a deep gold shade when I actually tracked down the rug itself at a local department store) I figured I saved $240 over the department store price plus got a free pad....Not in the market for any more rugs but I would come back to this site first if I was. Excellent web design and function!.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this company! The Katastan rug I ordered was absolutely beautiful and was everything I thought it was going to be. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. Robert from the company stuck right with me all the way through the process to get the order changed. He contacted me almost daily answering any questions I had. Customer service is outstanding!”
