“The Karastan rug was beautiful. The colors were lovely and the pile thick and luxurious with no shedding. Ordering was easy, and communication from your team was excellent; I was kept informed of delivery date, and the rug was packaged beautifully. “I was referred to Incredible Rugs by a friend after I admired his beautiful new rugs. On visiting the website, what I found was an "incredible" selection of name brand rugs in all styles, sizes, and colors. It could have been confusing, but the website is easy to navigate, and the color matching tool proved the key in finding the rug I wanted. “I liked this rug so much better in person. It blends well in my bedroom without being too dominant. Being able to call and speak with an employee in the store is such a benefit for getting questions answered. It’s a great place to shop for rugs.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery arrived on time as scheduled. However, there was a tear in the plastic covering the rug at one end and the exposed area is dirty. See photos attached.”

“Our experience ordering the rugs was great and done in a short time. We ordered the rugs over the telephone. All of our questions were answered. We ordered the rugs on a Monday and received the rugs Thursday evening. We can't believe we saved so much money and that they arrived so soon. We love our rugs and rate our experience "Very Good". “I selected a rug after doing a search for “sage”. Just received my “sage & gold” rug and it’s BLUE ….no trace of sage green and when looking at it from seated position it’s just solid shiny patch on the floor Now I have to return this. ☹️ Not happy.”

“For weeks now I've been pouring over 4-5 area rug websites looking for a few rugs to beef up my home decor. Boy, it's hard! Some sites are really terrible. Some o.k. But Incredible Rugs and Decor is far and away the best site to shop. I am especially happy with the color boxes depicted under the item. For instance, greys can appear to be taupe, brown, even blue when looking at a rug. But the color boxes tell me exactly the color. What a blessing! I've been discouraged off many rugs because of the color variations. Your prices are good. And thank you for the 11% new customer discount I used today. Yes, I will tell my friends about your site!”
