“The rug is very beautiful with a beige background and gray stripes in a variety of directions. The workmanship looks to be of good quality. The rug arrived well packaged and protected. The only reason I did not give the purchase five stars is that it came by a forwarding company, therefore I had to assist the driver in bringing it down from the truck and carrying it into the house. That should never happen”

“Have not yet gotten my two sale rugs yet, but I bought them at Incredible Rugs because I had such a good experience with them the last time I bought a rug. Their selection is mind-boggling and their customer service is A+. I have no reservations at all recommending this company!”

“very disappointed with quality of this rug. There are several spots that hurt to walk over because of missing stitches. I positioned it under my couch to cover most of them but took the below picture as an example”

“I ordered rug samples on November 27th, it is now December 26th, and not only have I not received my order, I have not received information that they have even shipped yet. I ordered rug samples, but will NOT be ordering a rug because of this kind of service. Will attempt to call and cancel order on Monday.”

“Ordered 2x from company. Ordered 2 pads Thurs; recd next Tues. Ordered rug Wed; recd next Thurs. In the case of rug, they gave excellent cust service on-line and by phone to secure the last available rug in warehouse for me. Will absolutely buy from them again. Awesome job with great prices and great service.”
