“I ordered rug samples on November 27th, it is now December 26th, and not only have I not received my order, I have not received information that they have even shipped yet. I ordered rug samples, but will NOT be ordering a rug because of this kind of service. Will attempt to call and cancel order on Monday.”

“Ordered 2x from company. Ordered 2 pads Thurs; recd next Tues. Ordered rug Wed; recd next Thurs. In the case of rug, they gave excellent cust service on-line and by phone to secure the last available rug in warehouse for me. Will absolutely buy from them again. Awesome job with great prices and great service.”

“No questions - Just wanted to say you all are AWESOME!!! You managed to get my order confirmed and allocated for me on a rush when inventory said there was only 1 left within days of me ordering. I got the notice that it shipped FED EX within 1 day of getting final confirmation. I had to do a happy dance when the rug got delivered TODAY only 2 days after shipping. Thanks also to Heather for taking care of me when I called and reaching out to the warehouse. I appreciated her help. I have a couple more rugs I'll be needing once I'm in my new home and I'll definitely be using your company again. Thanks and you all have a Merry Christmas! Arliss B”
