“They truly are Incredible rugs and people too! Recently I ordered an 8x10 rug for our family room along with a matching runner. It was made by Karastan which is a trustworthy brand in my view. The experience on the Incredible Rugs and Decor website is user friendly and I appreciate being able to use the feature where you can see the rug in your room! The runner wasn’t in stock but I ordered it anyway as it was due in late July. The 8 x10 Zephyr Amphora Black arrived in a couple days and amazingly the runner arrived a couple days after that! The runner must have run from the warehouse as it arrived almost a month before expected. I had a reason to speak with the home office as the prices of what I ordered were decreased a couple of days after my order and they treated me like I had ordered them that very day and credited my account accordingly. Their staff is very professional and truly understand great customer service and how to treat customers. I believe I spoke with Jennifer or Jessica who was terrific. My wife and I are very happy with our Karastan rug and runner and highly recommend Incredible Rugs and Decor and their owner Steve who is a hands on owner and e-mails customers with a thank you note too. I like to see these kinds of companies succeed!”

“This was my first purchase from “Incredible” and it was an excellent experience. Delivery was fast with multiple updates. The rug arrived meticulously wrapped and in apparent perfect condition. It was purchased for a new home that we haven’t yet moved into so the rug itself hasn’t been installed yet but I was very impressed by the purchase process. I will definitely buy here again when the need arises.”

“I love my new rug! It is perfect. Arrived very quickly. Well packaged. Rug is not too thin, not too thick. Soft to step on barefooted. Great color, just as pictured. Laid flat within one day. No noticeable odor. It is just right in my room.”

“We found this place online and they sell beautiful hand made rugs. They were most patient with me by phone showing me what rugs they had to my specs and it is perfect. I ordered it right on the phone and it was properly shipped, rolled along with nonskid underlayment they suggested”

“Tacky Pad - I researched what type of pad would work the best for decorative rugs over wall to wall carpet. I found the perfect rug pad at Incredible Rugs and Decor! Easy to place with simple instructions. My decorative rug does not slide or pucker. I did trim the pad due to sizing, easy to do. On researching, there was mention of odors from rug pads from different companies. This one did not have any odor at all. Vacuumed well!!”

“I love love love the pattern of this rug. It is my second but this time it ended up with lots of pulls, etc. Rugs and Decor - who was always prompt in their delivery, etc. did not seem concerned this second one was defective and did nothing for me. So, I am out 1K and buying another. We shall see if the third one has the same problems as the second.”
