“I love my new rug! It is perfect. Arrived very quickly. Well packaged. Rug is not too thin, not too thick. Soft to step on barefooted. Great color, just as pictured. Laid flat within one day. No noticeable odor. It is just right in my room.”

“We found this place online and they sell beautiful hand made rugs. They were most patient with me by phone showing me what rugs they had to my specs and it is perfect. I ordered it right on the phone and it was properly shipped, rolled along with nonskid underlayment they suggested”

“Tacky Pad - I researched what type of pad would work the best for decorative rugs over wall to wall carpet. I found the perfect rug pad at Incredible Rugs and Decor! Easy to place with simple instructions. My decorative rug does not slide or pucker. I did trim the pad due to sizing, easy to do. On researching, there was mention of odors from rug pads from different companies. This one did not have any odor at all. Vacuumed well!!”

“I’m absolutely happy and satisfied with my carpet and Incredible Rugs and Decor. The quality of my carpet and the under pad are wonderful and the colors are beautiful. The price was far less than stores in my area. Shipping was fast. No shipping charges either. I will definitely buy from them again”

“I love love love the pattern of this rug. It is my second but this time it ended up with lots of pulls, etc. Rugs and Decor - who was always prompt in their delivery, etc. did not seem concerned this second one was defective and did nothing for me. So, I am out 1K and buying another. We shall see if the third one has the same problems as the second.”

“Not worth it. Bought an 8x11 for my Karastan rug. Not 1/8 inch, more like 1/16. Just buy a thick version of the rubber grid pads. I added a rubber grid pad that I had from a big box store to this one.”

“They were incredibly helpful in reaching out with some recommendations when I ordered a large rug to ensure I would be happy with my purchase. I ended up going down a size but ultimately had to return it (to no fault of theirs) and they made the return process very easy. I really appreciated the personal attention to my order and working with them was very easy. Would absolutely order from the again and recommend them to others!”

“We are very happy with the rugs we purchased from Incredibe Rugs and Decor. We've been agonizing for some time particularly about a large rug to put in our living room, and the ability to visualize it in the space with the web site's tools helped make our decision. The rug's colors are as promised, and the quality is better than we were expecting. We ordered more rugs after that first purchase.”

“Gorgeous rug, Fantastic company! The Brunswick BWK-2344 rug is beautiful and high quality. It has tones of gold, silver, beige, taupe, and gray. But what I really want to review is this company and their fantastic communication and service. There was a shipping change with my order, and I was notified right away. Multiple people reached out to be sure everything was ok. The freight company also communicated well. If my budget allows, I will buy as much as I can from Incredible Rugs and Decor.”

“I read reviews but don’t ever write them, however our whole experience was unbelievably satisfying so I just had to say something. Jennifer could not have been nicer or more helpful ~ she went out of her way to find a a rug/size that was on clearance & got it to us in in our needed limited amount of time ~ we are forever grateful. I felt like we were friends after all of our conversations back & forth & have told many that Incredible Rugs & Decor is THE PLACE to go when rug shopping. THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH!!”
