“We are very pleased with our rug. It is just what we wanted. What was especially nice was being able to purchase a sample of the rug to confirm we really liked the colors. The delivery was fast and efficient. What was very impressive was that I was contacted when our rug was back in stock. What nice customer service! I would highly recommend you to my friends. I would give you 5 stars. Plus, we purchased a complimentary smaller rug to place in front of the sliding doors.”

“The rug I purchased was $200.00 cheaper than the same sold at a different site, It looks great and I'm very pleased with it, however it was delivered to the wrong address and were it not for the kindness of the people who it was delivered to - they brought i over to me and even brought it into my house, which I would not have been able to do, I don't know how it would have ended. I live in house No. 45, which was clearly written on the label; It was delivered to house No. 86. How the driver could be so incompetent boggles my mind.”

“Excellent Customer Service!! I ordered a rug that was shown as only 1 left in stock and received an email quickly after my order to let me know that they were going to check with the warehouse right away to make sure the inventory count was correct and that my rug was available. The rug was available and is on its way!”
