“I was a first time customer, but I'll be back. The rug arrived just as it looked on the site. I'm used to getting shipments quite fast, so that was a small drawback. It won't stop me from returning to Incredible Rugs and Decor.”

“Just received my Karastan Sovereign Sultana Navy rug and free pad. The service and price were exceptional. No other site came close to this price. I needed a smaller navy rug to go with a navy Karastan rug that I have had for over 25 years which still looks brand new. The quality is still very nice. The colors in the rug are not as bright as pictured online as far as the border which looked like a pumpkin color online. It has more brownish tones but is still looks quite nice in my entry and blends well with my other rug”

“This is my second time shopping with Incredible Rugs and Decor and the overall experience has exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, this time my order was incorrect. The warehouse transposed the order numbers and my daughter received the wrong colored rugs. The Customer Service department was very apologetic and able to assist with the return.
