“We love, love, love our new area rug! It literally took me weeks to make a decision on which rug to pick from your selection. Finally pulled the trigger & chose the Loloi Owen Ocean Camel rug. We couldn't be happier & I'm so glad of the purchase. Definitely worth the wait. Looking at an entry rug now for another purchase.”

“I ordered a rug that was supposed to be shipped 5-8 days from purchase. Going on a month now and just found out today that the rug is on back order. No one bothered to inform me of this fact. Apparently misinformation given by the distributor, Karastan. In case, very disappointing as I had hoped it would be here for a social event I'm hosting in two days.”
