“The staff was super and this rug was hard to find locally. It is a Karastan Spice Market in Garnet. I saw the sale ad and jumped. It should be arriving today and will match the living and dining room carpets in a spot needing filled. The pricing was super too.”

“Excellent service. Beautiful rug! From the beginning to the end, it was one of the best online experiences I’ve ever had. Since I was buying an 8’ by 10’, they even advised up front that return shipping would be my responsibility and that they would be glad to send me a sample first. I still opted to go ahead and order the rug based on the photo shown on the site. The rug and pad arrived within a week. The color was as shown, but it’s more beautiful in person. The quality is great. It’s actually got more heft to it than I expected. Would definitely recommend this company!”

“The website is very user friendly and fast. The options load quickly and all the screens are easy to navigate. An extremely wonderful feature is the “see it in your room” option. “The rugs are very nice. I have purchased 4 so far and for the money, they are thick, heavy, good quality and very good looking. One can spend thousands on a rug like these but for my budget, these are a happy ending or beginning for my needs.”

“Incredible rugs and Decor has a great selection and great prices. There is also very useful information about which pads to choose for the buyer's particular situation. Great selection and prices and free shipping. I ordered my rugs and pads on Saturday morning and am writing this review on Friday morning. The rugs arrived yesterday well packaged/protected and in perfect condition. The pads should be here this afternoon. So in addition to being free the shipping is fast. All in all a much better experience than I've had with the local merchant I had been dealing with.”
