“The website is very user friendly and fast. The options load quickly and all the screens are easy to navigate. An extremely wonderful feature is the “see it in your room” option. I got a very good sense of what to pick that way. Also, they are up front about timing for shipping and stick to their promises. It’s a wonderful company.”

“The rugs are very nice. I have purchased 4 so far and for the money, they are thick, heavy, good quality and very good looking. One can spend thousands on a rug like these but for my budget, these are a happy ending or beginning for my needs.”

“Incredible rugs and Decor has a great selection and great prices. There is also very useful information about which pads to choose for the buyer's particular situation. Great selection and prices and free shipping. I ordered my rugs and pads on Saturday morning and am writing this review on Friday morning. The rugs arrived yesterday well packaged/protected and in perfect condition. The pads should be here this afternoon. So in addition to being free the shipping is fast. All in all a much better experience than I've had with the local merchant I had been dealing with.”

“We love the rug but the supposedly free pad is not the correct size for the rug and when I called the company they said I shouldn’t use the pad they sent anyway because it is not compatible with the new vinyl plank floors we just had installed. They said the polypropylene backing on the rug itself my harm the floor too. 😳 So then they tried to upsell me another pad !”

“We purchased a rug that buckles and will not lay flat. IR replaced it even though I did not request a replacement. Their customer service was very prompt and attentive. All I had to do was send photos. I hope the replacement doesn't have the same problem. Thanks!”
