“Wish they were better able to keep the rugs I was interested in in stock. Had to settle for much smaller (and cheaper!) rug because of poor availability. But overall, a good company to business with.”

“I found the run I wanted on another site, but it was unavailable and they couldn't tell me when it would be available. So I kept looking and found this site; they had the rug and it was in stock!! Then, in all my excitement, I purchased the wrong size. I contacted them the next day and they adjusted my order for me seamlessly. I would not hesitate to shop here again.”
