“I loved getting the personal e-mail response from the company letting me know my rug was ordered and what to expect with the shipping. I felt the note was very personal to me and not something just generated by the computer. Was happy with the quick response.”

“I just reviewed my order and realized I ordered the wrong size. I thought I was ordering the 8 x 11 ....since I had placed that on a waiting list as it was previously out of stock...,when I went to your website this morning I thought I saw it back in stock.....my mistake.....you can send the other carpet but please cancel the 9 x 13 as that size will be extremely too large for the area I need to carpet. Thank You...Nina Wolfarth”

“The only difficulty I had was when I would click on a rug to view, then go back, it would take me back to the first page instead of to the page I was on. That was a bit frustrating. Besides that, it was very good”
