“Orders take forever, still haven't received anything. Way to many emails”

Hi Gary, there must be some confusion. I see you placed just 1 order on Tuesday, and we shipped it by UPS on Wednesday, less than 24 hours later. I don't see any emails from you. Perhaps you are referencing a different company?

“The customer service was terrific. Responses and follow up on status of item ordered was immediate. The help in finding just the rug up if which I was looking was very much appreciated. “I just reviewed my order and realized I ordered the wrong size. I thought I was ordering the 8 x 11 ....since I had placed that on a waiting list as it was previously out of stock...,when I went to your website this morning I thought I saw it back in stock.....my mistake.....you can send the other carpet but please cancel the 9 x 13 as that size will be extremely too large for the area I need to carpet. Thank You...Nina Wolfarth”
