“Ordered rugs and rug pads. The pads came and still waiting for rugs. Was told they come from different warehouse. Pads don't do me any good without rugs. Disappointed as was told all in stock when ordered and would be shipped out quickly.”

Correct. Rugs and pads ship from different warehouses in different States. Your pads arrived right away because that warehouse is very close to your shipping address. The rugs have a bit farther to travel but UPS tracking shows they are due to be delivered on Wednesday of this week. Thank you for your patience and enjoy!

“I ordered the Crescendo rug. I was told when I called for a follow up that I received an email advising me of the status, which I did not receive. I called again for a follow up and was told that the rug was discontinued. The representative I spoke to was very courteous when he advised me that unfortunately they couldn’t locate any stock in the factory. He also stated “ it was a bummer”. The rug I ordered is still being shown on their Facebook page I was very disappointed and will not order from Incredible again!”

W're sorry that we sold out sooner than expected on the Crescendo rug. Our notification email likely landed in your junk/spam folder. Our inventory changes hourly and even Facebook may experience a lag in inventory updates. Feel free to call before ordering to confirm availability on an item, especially for sale or clearance items. Hi Christine, thanks for letting us know about this delivery issue with the Motor Freight Company. Unlike a typical UPS/Fedex shipment, oversized Items can get complicated and may require an extra day or two to coordinate an 18-wheeler to make the delivery. I'm happy to see that they have a delivery appointment setup for today between 1-4pm. We'll continue to monitor your delivery and follow up to make sure everything goes smoothly. “I have never ordered with Incredible Rugs and Decor before, but the site was easy to use and the prices were good. I got an order confirmation right away, but it took almost a week to get a shipping confirmation. Hopefully the rug I ordered will get here soon.”

Hi Jennifer, you ordered on Saturday, when our offices and warehouses are closed. We processed your order on Monday and it shipped on Wednesday. The tracking info we sent you shows an estimated delivery date of Friday. Please watch for their call to schedule the delivery. Thank you and enjoy!
