“I haven't received my rig yet. But there customer service is outstanding! And I absolutely LOVE their op that allows you to see their rug in your room! Super easy and quick to upload your own photo.”

Hi Christine, thanks for letting us know about this delivery issue with the Motor Freight Company. Unlike a typical UPS/Fedex shipment, oversized Items can get complicated and may require an extra day or two to coordinate an 18-wheeler to make the delivery. I'm happy to see that they have a delivery appointment setup for today between 1-4pm. We'll continue to monitor your delivery and follow up to make sure everything goes smoothly. Thank you for your patience on this oversized shipment.

“I have never ordered with Incredible Rugs and Decor before, but the site was easy to use and the prices were good. I got an order confirmation right away, but it took almost a week to get a shipping confirmation. Hopefully the rug I ordered will get here soon.”

Hi Jennifer, you ordered on Saturday, when our offices and warehouses are closed. We processed your order on Monday and it shipped on Wednesday. The tracking info we sent you shows an estimated delivery date of Friday. Please watch for their call to schedule the delivery. Thank you and enjoy!

“Had a few questions so called before placing my order. Talked to Robert who was very helpful in answering those questions. I placed my order because of his knowledge of the product I was ordering. I am a see, feel, touch kind of person so ordering on line is something I rarely do. I feel more confident now that what I ordered will be what I want but if it isn’t, I can return for refund.”

Hi there. I post an estimated SHIP date on each product page, and in your shopping cart. I believe you may be confusing the 'ship date' with 'delivery date'. 99.5% of our orders ship on-time. We estimated a SHIP date of 7/15 and your order shipped 2 days earlier than expected and were delivered to you on 7/15. Your previous pre-order is in progress and will be ready to ship in about 2 weeks. We'll email tracking when it ships. Thank you.
