“I was very pleased with my whole experience from shopping to shipping and delivery. I had all the needed information up front, when to expect shipment, when shipment occurred and was well informed of where my purchase was. It was also well packaged. The quality of my rug far exceeded my expectations--thank you!! Shopping online is not always easy nor can you tell the quality. I was VERY pleased with my purchase.”

“IR&D has a wonderful selection of rugs, decor, pillows, you name it. What I love is that the website shows a line of all the colors used in every carpet. Makes it easy to find coordinating colors. Great feature! Super great discounts plus even more for Memorial Day, so I was so happy I found this website and I can't wait to receive my carpet plus the great table decor I purchased.”

“Ordered an area rugs advertised as Karastan. When I received the rug it was not Karastan at all. It was the same rug pictured on the website. The back of the rug showed the actual manufacturer. Looked it up on Amazon. To my surprise, the same rug was available at a fraction of the price. 9' X 12" on Amazon - $250. On Incredible Rugs and Decor's website it's $1,400! The name of the manufacturer on the rug from Incredible Rugs and Decor is the EXACT same name as the manufacturer shown on Amazon's website. Deceitful, dishonest and a ripoff.”

Incredible Rugs and Decor only ships brand new, 1st quality, name brand items, guaranteed with full Manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell 2nd rate or knock-off items. All of our rugs, including Karastan, are 100% authentic. If you found any Karastan 9x12 rug for $250 an ANY website, it certainly is not a new, authentic Karastan rug. Be advised; Amazon allows individuals to list products on their site without verifying authenticity.
