“Great website with ability to see rug applied to a photo of your room. Nice wool carpet came within days, but Karistan pad held everything up until it was delivered about a week later. Excellent customer service!”

“I placed an order online with Incredible Rugs and Decor for 7 rugs in 6 sizes of 3 different patterns. It was a complicated order, but they got the order exactly right and the rugs arrived in perfect condition and of the high quality that I had hoped for. Their customer service was outstanding. They kept me posted on the progress of making and shipping of the rugs (Made in the USA), provided me tracking, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.
