“I have been communicating with Matt and he has been wonderful. He is personable, professional and answers all questions without hesitation. There was a mix up with the samples ordered and I am still waiting for one to arrive. However Matt assured me that the rugs I ordered would be shipped as soon as possible after I have had a chance to view the sample. I will order from this company again...it has been a good experience!”

“I ordered a small rug for inside kitchen door & matching runner for between island & counter. Smaller one arrived on Friday, runner on Monday. I couldn't be happier! They are both beautiful, great quality & arrived in less than 2 weeks. Colors are very true to online pic. I had previously ordered same rugs from another site, but they were back ordered. I shopped around & found them on Incredible Rugs for less & they shipped much sooner! Very satisfied customer!”

“I found Incredible Rugs and Decor online and enjoyed perusing their myriad of rugs. Their website is well-organized, developed and easy to manipulate. When I finally got serious to make a purchase, I spoke to Steve and several salespersons who all answered my questions thoroughly and even then some agents went the "whole nine yards" by expanding their answers. The company is patient, knowledgeable and pleasant which made for a great experience. The rug I ordered is perfect for my needs. The bedroom that I redid now has SEVEN different shades of blue. For someone who is concerned about "fighting" shades of blue, this rug will meld and support with a variety of blues. It blends and absorbs most of a variety of the blues.. Also, my furniture is traditional, and I wanted to bring in a transitional rug that would understate, not dominate the room but tie in all the blues together. It all came together specifically because of the rug. One suggestion, if you are doing a bedroom, make sure that the rug is large enough to border around the bed and not have it be skimpy in the room. You want to see and enjoy the rug! I had a great experience with Incredible Rugs and Decor and will certainly purchase a rug in the future.”

“Rug is beautiful, 6" less in size than advertised, has a flaw on one side. Shipping and customer service excellent. Keeping the rug, tho I wish it had been more perfectly manufactured.”
