“Sent wrong rug and pad. Expected me to wrap the rug for return it to them with very specific detail as to how it should be wrapped. I was expected to drop off at a Fed Ex location. Still don’t have my original rug that I order,”

“Customer service is terrible and if you have to return an item they charge you to send the item back. In our case it was $32. Buy from Amazon as their prices are way better. Incredible Rugs does price match but the instructions are so complicated you are just better off buying elsewhere. I would never buy from them again.”

“I have had my eye on a few tada&toy pieces and am so glad that I finally decided to make a purchase! The earrings arrived in gorgeous packaging, possibly the best I’ve ever seen! The wooden box the jewellery is packaged in is so beautiful and feels so luxurious- really lovely finishing touch and looks particularly impressive if you’re giving these as gifts (even to yourself) The free next day delivery is also so convenient and the service in general was impeccable! So excited to make future purchases from Tada&Toy!”
