We offer Route Shipping Insurance as a courtesy to our Customers; an inexpensive, optional layer of protection against theft, damage, and loss. This can be removed from any order, in the shopping cart. It is not mandatory, but recommended for large items and when delivering to a common area, such as apartments or condos.

“I love shopping on this site. Seeing the rug in your own room takes a lot of the guesswork out. The search parameters are plentiful. I would prefer to view the rugs a page at a time rather than loading more to the same page though. One long page makes it hard to keep track of where you are. It would also be terrific if you provided a way to save favorite selections. Still all in all, this is my go to rug store.”
