This was my first purchase from “Incredible” and it was an excellent experience. Delivery was fast with multiple updates. The rug arrived meticulously wrapped and in apparent perfect condition. It was purchased for a new home that we haven’t yet moved into so the rug itself hasn’t been installed yet but I was very impressed by the purchase process.
