“I ordered a sample rug today and spoke with Matt. I called back several times and he was extremely helpful and patient. When you’re undecided I find it very satisfying to have a sales person who is understanding. If all your employees have his attitude it will be a pleasure ordering my rug. Fingers crossed it is what the picture describes it to be.”

“This company does customer service right! Immediate response to my order from a real person asking if they should send the sample first (I ordered rug and sample b/c I thought the rug might sell out.) They have been so helpful and I love their interactive website that displays the rug in your room.”
